We’re thrilled to share that construction is well underway on the 44,000 sq ft addition to our manufacturing plant. This expansion marks a significant step forward in our mission to innovate and deliver sustainable building solutions to our customers.
With this expansion, we are moving toward a more complete prefab building solution. In addition to manufacturing our ICE Panels, the new facility will support the launch of our Cold Formed Steel product line, coming in spring 2026. By combining the ICE Panel, a high-performance building envelope, with CFS, we can offer a complete prefab solution.
We’re excited to watch this project take shape and look forward to the opportunities it will create for our team and our customers. This expansion represents more than added square footage; it’s a major step toward delivering a fully coordinated prefab building solution designed for performance, efficiency, and the future of construction.
